Janey Hughes has worked in the polling and research sector for 8 years and is currently the Director of Sampling at Wick Insights. As a part of leading the research team, she is committed to expanding Wick Insights’ sampling techniques, technology, and vendor partnerships to open new pathways to high quality survey response. She resides in Georgia with her husband and son. Janey holds a bachelor’s degree in English from The University of Georgia.

Peyton is a Director of Research at Wick and has been on the Wick team for 2 years, holding roles on both the sampling and research teams. Prior to that, she worked at 160/90, a marketing agency, on the client services team. She graduated from University of North Carolina in 2015 with a degree in Journalism.

Stephanie runs business operations here at Wick and is dedicated to maximizing business performance in order to reach company goals. She uses her eye for detail to ensure that operations run smoothly. Prior to working at Wick, Stephanie managed a large restaurant where she gained most of the skills needed for management, including how to organize and lead people.

Chris serves as the company’s Head of Product. He works with the team to design new ways to make Market Research better. Chris started seeing how some of the fastest-growing software companies in the world built and sold products. His experience in SaaS sales and exposure to scalable products help him oversee the direction of the company, with an emphasis on building technology that solves big problems.

Jason is passionate about data science and finding actionable insights in market research and public opinion data. Formerly at Listen360, Jason developed a state-of-the-art Voice of the Customer system to perform sentiment analysis on consumer feedback data. He understands the challenges of gathering and analyzing market research data at scale and uses that knowledge to create performant and innovative software solutions that allow users to make exciting new discoveries with their data. After graduating from the University of South Carolina, where he studied computer science and linguistics, Jason went on to receive his M.S. in Language Technologies from Carnegie Mellon University. Jason’s background in software development and data science helps him bring the company’s vision to life as the Principal Engineer at Wick.
